Recipes
We have received questions ......
Why in the world do you have recipes on a computer club web site?
Well, it all started at our June executive meeting. Mike's wife, Dianne made a wonderful Lemonade Cake, became a traditional dessert for this meeting. With the passing of a good friend and member, Joe Smith, it became more than a tradition. Joe just loved this dessert and every year he made a big fuss over it. It became to be known as Joe's Lemonade Cake. After our first BBQ in 2003, where it was shared with all our members, people began asking for the recipe. At our 2004 BBQ Ray provided another cake, which people wanted a recipe. We hope to add another dessert a year .......
That's the story .... hope you enjoy the recipes.
