The meeting went well, one of the most interactive I've ever hosted, except perhaps for the music presentation of a couple of years ago. One subject we haven' explored is 3D and we gave it a try this evening. I tried an approach called X3D which presents two images of a scene from slightly different angles which, when joining the images by crossing your eyes, would present a 3 dimentional image. Unfortunately no-one in the room got it except me but there are ways to make the presentation more palatable; something we'll try in the future. Try it yourself, the images will eventually be shown below - when they are, cross your eyes and focus: stay tuned!
